Managing your account

What if I don’t remember my password?

If you don’t remember your password, please click on the `I don’t remember my password` button. Then type in your email address and check your inbox for the password reset email we sent you and follow the steps from there. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder as well, if you can’t find our password reset email.

How can I change my membership plan?

You can definitely switch your membership plan to fit your needs. You can change your plan by logging into your account, then go to `My Subscription` and subscribe to the plan that best meets your needs.

What if I Need to change my shipping or billing address?

You can always update your shipping information from your account under `My Addresses`. You can also update your billing information following the same steps. To avoid any mishaps, please update your new shipping address as soon as possible.

Where can I see my past orders?

You can see all of your past orders from your personal account. Click on the `My Rental` button and see all the great & exciting choices you’ve made throughout.

How can I track my order?

To track your upcoming order, simply Whatsapp us your order number and someone from our team will revert back with all the details pertaining to your delivery. You don’t need to worry at all, Glimpse will notify you immediately once your order has been shipped!

Why do you require my Emirates ID?

At Glimpse, we aim to provide you with a safe, easy and luxurious experience, therefore, we require you to provide your Emirates ID on the website and to the delivery service, so that we ensure your Glimpse box has been delivered to the correct location and has been handed over safely to you!

How long can I keep the jewelry?

We know what it feels like to finally wear that dream piece. You can keep the jewelry as long as your membership plan is still active. If your subscription got canceled, then you need to return the items you rented before the monthly billing date expires. If for any reason you are not able to return the item before the due date you will be charged a monthly subscription fee.

How often can I change the jewelry?

You can Swap your pieces for new styles and designs UNLIMITED times. Glimpse treats you to one free swap every month, every additional swap will charge AED 99 with free delivery.

How do I choose the perfect membership for me?

Need to choose the perfect plan for you? Glimpse offers a variety of plans you can choose from, choose one that meets your requirements and enjoy the luxury. You may view all our membership plans on Memberships/Subscribe page. We offer monthly memberships as well as one time rental, choose according to your needs and after trying out a plan, if you don’t like it, you may change the plan anytime.

Can I pause the membership?

We want our members to feel at ease and provide flexibility with your membership, so you can pause your subscription plan anytime, without any cost. Make sure you have returned all the pieces you have rented at the time before you pause your membership. Note that the maximum period to keep your account on pause is 1 month, you can email us anytime at hello@glimpse.us . In the meantime, you can stay updated with our latest news and offers and come back whenever you’re ready! During the pause period, you can reactivate your membership whenever you want. Once the pause period expires, we will notify you with your resume date. Normal subscription charges will be resumed to reactivate your membership. *You need to return all the items before you can pause the membership.

Can I change my membership?

Totally! You may switch to your desired plan easily and effortlessly. . Simply go to `Membership Settings` or ’My Subscriptions’, click on `My Rental` and upgrade your plan to the one that suits you best. You will notice a change on your future invoice, since the changes come into effect then.

Can I cancel my membership?

We wouldn’t want to see you leave us! However, if you’re sure about canceling, you may do so from ‘My Subscription’ page and hit cancel subscription. However, you need to return all the pieces you rented prior to cancelling your membership. You cannot cancel the membership before returning the pieces to Glimpse.

Are there any fees if I stop my membership?

You will not be charged for your cancellation of your membership plan.

How will I be charged for my selected/chosen membership?

We offer steady fees for our tiered subscription plans. We will bill you for your selected membership on the same day of every month. In the billing process, there is only one current method of payment, which is through credit /debit card.

How many free deliveries do I get with my membership?

Ever membership plan includes free delivery and pickup for return. Glimpse offers 1 free swap every month, apart from that every swap is AED 99.

Can I return a jewelry I don’t like?

Once you are member, you may change any piece as you desire, as many times. You can swap individual pieces and multiple pieces, to your conveniency, just remember you get one free swap every month, rest is AED 99.

What if the piece doesn’t fit me?

One of our missions is to deliver high quality pieces that will successfully complement our clients’ beauty and sophistication. We make sure to list the sizing to each product that requires sizing details, make sure to check the product description before placing your order. If your item doesn’t fit, please contact us at help@glimpse.us and we will make sure to find a solution or replacement option.

How do I return the rented jewelry?

For returning your rented items- Please go to your Dashboard and schedule pick up from your preferred address and time. You can also change the pick-up address if you wish to at this given time (Should be in Dubai city limits). Please pack the pieces in the same boxes in which they came and wait our one of our team members to pick up from you.

Do I have to return all of the jewelry together?

We understand you may like one piece more than the other, you may keep what you like, and you can swap what you don’t. You don’t have to return all the items in the same time unless you are cancelling the subscription, or your rental period is coming to an end.

Are there any fees for a delayed return?

If you have not / are not able to return the jewelry before the end of your subscription cycle, you need not to worry about any penal actions. Your subscription will be automatically renewed and you can keep it for the whole of the next month.

Everything one-time rental

How does it work?

Need it only for a special event or for a short time? Don’t worry, Glimpse has got you! We offer a one-time rental option so that you can wear you dream piece for your special occasion. Glimpse offers you 4-days or 8-days renting options, depending on your needs. 1.Browse through our versatile collection of jewelry and rent out the pieces that best suits you. 2. Select the delivery date. Please note that it’s advisable to reserve it as soon as you like it as we might have other members with waiting to reserve it. Please make sure to return the pieces by using the packaging they came in and attach the prepaid return label to the designated carrier. Also, please keep in mind that once the 4- or 8-days period has expired, if you didn’t return the items the day it is scheduled, you will be charged an additional 4-day rental automatically.

Can I rent more than one piece for one time rental?

One time rental is for renting of one unique piece at a time. If you want to have more pieces, please choose a subscription plan which is best for you!

What if my order doesn’t arrive on time for my event?

We will do our best to deliver the item for you at the earliest. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances, if your order doesn’t arrive on time for your event, please email us immediately on help@glimpse.us and we will do our very best.

How long can I keep the jewelry?

You may keep the jewelry for as long as your chosen period of rental, either 4 / 8 days. Our website clearly mentions at the time of booking as what is the last day when you can keep the piece with you. You will be notified with a confirmation email as your one time rental has started.

What if I don’t return the jewelry on time?

Please keep in mind that if you didn’t return the items at the end of your rental period, which is 4- or 8-days, if you didn’t return the items the day it is scheduled, you will be charged an additional 4 day rental and subsequently.

Can I buy the piece afterwards if I like it?

We know some pieces will make you fall in love with them. Unfortunately, we don’t offer any purchase options for your one-time rentals at the moment.

Can I change the jewelry after I received my package?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the jewelry once received on a 1-time rental, if you’d like to try out more pieces, please look at the membership plans.

What if I lose or damage the one-time rental jewelry?

Any reasonable wear and tear due to regular use of the piece is covered under your subscription. In the unforeseen circumstances of item(s) lost or damaged, please get in touch with us on help@glimpse.us and we will guide you with the next steps.

How do I know the return shipment arrived on time?

Don’t worry! We will let you know via email once the items have returned safely to us. It usually takes up to 2-3 business days after you shipped them back to us. If you want to be extra careful, you can check the return status of your order by clicking the `My Orders` button.

Is the return shipment prepaid by your company?

For all one time rentals we charge flat shipping and sanitizing fee of AED 60 which covers delivery and pickup from your doorstep. There is no other additional charge for pickup. We encourage you to become member of Glimpse which provides you free shipping always and allows you to rent multiple pieces at the same time.

Do you ship internationally?

For the moment we only ship in the Emirate of Dubai. Although the glimpse team is working very hard to try and expand globally so that women around the world can luxuriously with Glimpse. Join our Glimpse community and stay updated on the latest news.

When will my package arrive?

We understand the anxious wait till your order arrives. Don’t worry, we won’t make you wait long! Our usual delivery period is by 1-2 business days. If you placed your order before 4 PM, you could expect to receive the package the next business day. Please keep in mind that during busy times, such as national holidays, shipments might be slightly delayed. We will be doing our best to keep you updated in the meantime.

How do I track my package?

Once we have shipped your order. You will receive an order number by email. If you would like to track simply Whatsapp us your order number and someone from our team will revert back with all the details pertaining to your delivery. You don’t need to worry at all, Glimpse will notify you immediately once your order has been shipped! You can also find your order number in your account, by accessing `My Orders` or ‘My Rental’ button.

What if I didn’t receive my package?

In the unlikely event that your package didn’t arrive, please check your tracking number and make sure that the shipping times didn’t get delayed. You will receive an email once the package has been shipped. If you still didn’t receive your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us on help@glimpse.us as we will gladly assist you to solve any issue.

How can I add more shipments to my membership?

We’re delighted you like our jewelry and you want to use multiple pieces in your look! You may either change your membership plan that allows you to rent multiple pieces at a time or you can utilize our swap option. One swap is also free every month you renew. On each additional swap of the jewelry, you are charged AED 99/swap. All shipments to you and returns are for free in memberships.

How can I return the jewelry?

Please go to your account Dashboard and choose your preferred pickup location, date and time. Please pack the items in the boxes that were delivered to you and our team will collect the items from you.

Is the return shipment prepaid by Glimpse?

Yes, we wanted to make sure every process would be easy, so we already prepaid the shipping label, covering the return fees via Glimpse or our carrier partner.

How is the jewelry packaged/dispatched?

Our team at Glimpse makes sure your Glimpse box is safely packaged in an appropriate box, making sure it is sanitized and packed with love and care. You shall receive your Glimpse box safely packed in a bag, if in any reason you do not find your Glimpse box appropriately packed, please contact us at hello@glimpse.us.

Do I have to return the jewelry in the exact package I received them in?

You must return the jewelry in the same jewelry bag or box since it is a safe way to better protect the items.

Do you offer refunds?

We’re sorry if you needs refund, however for some reason if you’re canceling, we will charge you only to the time you have used the membership and refund the rest.

What can I do if I didn’t receive my refund?

If you didn’t receive your refund even after meeting all of our requirements, please contact us on help@glimpse.us and we will solve this at top priority.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address information from your Account under ‘My Addresses’. You can change your address, depending on the place you want to receive it and event you have selected them for.

Will I need to show my Emirates ID to receive my order?

At Glimpse, we aim to deliver the best and bring luxury to you, therefore it’s important to make sure that the package arrives to the correct destination. You need to show your Emirates ID upon delivery, so that we ensure delivery to the right person. We wouldn’t want your jewelry to end up in anyone else’s hands.

Can I have my rental delivered to a different address other than that registered?

Yes, you can opt to have your order being delivered to another address than the one you registered, if you need the shipment to go to another location. You have this option for every order you place under "My Address" in your account.

Is there an option for express/same day delivery?

At Glimpse, we work hard to get your dream piece to you as soon as possible and try our best to deliver within the next working day.

Will you be blocking any amount on my credit card?

Once you have confirmed your membership subscription or made a reservation, we might hold an amount up to the retail value. Rest assured this is only temporarily held. On your monthly billing date, we will automatically charge your credit for the membership’s fee. If there are any additional shipments selected, you will also be charged for those.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Because we want to ensure the transparency of our actions and the safety of our platform, currently we accept credit/debit card payments.

What other penalties and charges are there?

We understand that your needs can change and thus we do not penalize the customers. For any reasons you do not return the jewelry on the due date then your subscription is auto-renewed. You can continue using it as long as you want as long as your subscription or renewal is valid.

How can I change my mode of payment?

If you need to change the payment method, simply go to `My Account` and then `Profile Settings`. Then select the desired method of payment from our list.

What if my credit card expires?

If your credit card has expired before your monthly billing day, we will send you an email informing you of the situation and that your plan has been paused until we clarify this context. Once you introduce the details of a valid credit card, your membership will resume and you can go on renting our fabulous pieces.

Does my delivery address and my credit card address have to be the same?

No, your credit card address and your delivery address don’t have to be the same. You can modify your delivery address for every order you place, depending on what best suits your needs.
